Hard Times

"'Tis the song, the sigh of the weary. Hard times, hard times, come again no more."
Hard Times - Emmylou Harris (At the Ryman)

"The buyin' power of the proletariat's gone down. Money's gettin' shallow and weak"
Working Man´s Blues - Bob Dylan (Modern Times)

"Hungry babies don't understand, Papa is a worried man."
Worried Man - Johnny Cash & Willie Nelson (The Storytellers)

"Most of the good folks have tried and tried Make a minimum on your minimum wage"
Hard Times - Ryan Bingham (Mescalito)

"Oh, the gamblin' man is rich an' the workin' man is poor, And I ain't got no home in this world anymore."
I Ain´t Got No Home - Woody Guthrie (Dust Bowl Ballads)

"There was no one there to weep for him or soothe his weary soul, for he was just a hobo who had died out in the cold"
Hobo Bill´s Last Ride - Iris De Ment (The Songs of Jimmie Rodgers)

"Sufferings gonna come to everyone someday"
The Suffering Song - Willard Grant Conspiracy (Regard the End)
